Terms of Service
Last updated: 27 July 2026
English counterpart of our Termos de Uso. Where the two differ in wording, the Portuguese version governs contracts formed under Brazilian law.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using ResumoCast you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
We may update these Terms. Material changes are announced by email or on the platform.
2. What we provide
ResumoCast operates two distinct offerings:
- The content platform — podcast episodes, written summaries and business-tool guides, some free and some paid.
- CBT Studio— a production service that turns a client's official manuals into narrated computer-based training films. Scope, price and delivery for this service are set in a written proposal; nothing on the website is an offer capable of acceptance.
3. Quote requests and estimates
Figures produced by the on-page estimator are indicative only. They are based on the parameters you enter, do not constitute a quotation, and do not bind either party. A binding price exists only in a signed proposal.
When you submit a quote request you confirm that the contact details are yours or that you are authorised to provide them, and that you are acting for the organisation named.
4. Client materials and intellectual property
For CBT Studio work, you retain all rights in the manuals and source materials you provide, and you warrant that you have the right to provide them. You grant us a limited licence to use them solely to produce the agreed deliverables.
Site content, brand, scripts and produced films remain protected by copyright. Rights in finished deliverables transfer as set out in the signed proposal. Reproduction or redistribution of platform content without authorisation is not permitted.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service
- Do not submit false contact details or impersonate another person or company
- Do not use our forms to relay unsolicited messages to third parties
- Do not scrape or reuse platform content beyond what the law permits
6. Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Website content is provided as-is and is not professional, legal or regulatory advice — including content about aviation training requirements.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from use of the website is limited to direct damages. Liability for production work is governed by the signed proposal. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you in your country of residence are not affected.
